Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our Priority

At 9w777, we believe entertainment should always be controlled and enjoyable. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines help keep you healthy and safe.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Is It Important?

Online betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. 9w777 is committed to ensuring the wellbeing of every player as a safe and reliable platform.

Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, setting a budget, and seeking help when needed. Our platform offers a number of tools to help you stay in control of your play. On this page you will find details about those tools, warning signs, and ways to overcome problem gambling.

Important Notice

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and participate in any game or betting activity at 9w777. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or playing games. We follow an age verification process.

Our Protection Tools

9w777 provides these tools to help you play safely and responsibly.

Deposit Limit Setting

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one takes some time to apply — this protects you from making decisions driven by impulse.

Time-out

If you want to take a break for a few days, use the Time-out option. Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period. During this time, logging in or placing bets is not possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to stay away from gaming for a longer period, choose self-exclusion. Activating this option will close your account for a set duration and it cannot be reactivated during that time.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit in advance for how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, a warning message will be shown automatically, encouraging you to take a break.

Transaction History

You can easily view all your deposits, withdrawals, and betting history. Reviewing your spending patterns makes it possible to become aware of uncontrolled play before it escalates.

Direct Support

If you experience any issues, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

If any of the following feelings or behaviours appear in yourself, consider it time to seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness.

A tendency to bet more to recover money that has been lost
A feeling of being unable to stop playing
Hiding gambling from family or friends
Borrowing or stealing money to fund gambling
Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
Prioritising gambling over work, studies, or relationships
Viewing gambling as a solution to financial problems

Ways to Keep Yourself Safe

Set a budget in advance and stick to it
Do not spend more than you can afford to lose
Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income
